Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 75 years. 2. The pathological diagnostic criteria of colon cancer: colon cancer cells. 3. To study paraffin-embedded specimens of colon cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital. 4. Take overall survival as the outcome of survival analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding colon cancer cases that only had a biopsy in our hospital without surgical resection.
