Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with elective orthopedic spine surgery; 2. ASA I ~ II level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hematocrit is less than 0.35; 2. Hemoglobin is less than 110 g/L; 3. Preoperative coagulation dysfunction; 4. Hypoproteinemia; 5. Patients with severe poor heart, lung, liver and kidney function.
