Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 12 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed as patients with moderate or severe HA (laboratory test FV:C=50), and FVIII inhibitor negative (<0.6 BU/mL); 3. The research doctor plans to prescribe or has prescribed Ancaine for preventive treatment; 4. Patients and their guardians voluntarily signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other bleeding diseases other than HA; 2. Patients who have participated in other interventional clinical studies within three months before the first medication; 3. The patient has contraindications to drug ingredients or hamster protein allergy; 4. The investigator believes that there are any other reasons that make the patient unsuitable to participate in this study.
