Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Elective ERCP surgery; 3. Therapeutic ERCP, the estimated operation time is more than 30 minutes, the treatment indications of ERCP include common bile duct stones, biliary stricture, gallbladder cancer, pancreatic disease, after liver transplantation, etc.; 4. Voluntarily participate in clinical research and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency ERCP; 2. Head and neck pathological abnormalities, history of head and neck surgery or radiotherapy, suspected difficult airway; 3. Stomach patients, those with high risk of reflux aspiration; 4. Those who are allergic to propofol, opioids, muscle relaxants or other sedative and anesthetic drugs or ingredients; 5. Pregnant women or breastfeeding women; or those who plan to become pregnant within one month; 6. Other investigators consider it inappropriate to participate in the research.
