Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of the patients meets the diagnostic criteria of "Chronic Hepatitis B Prevention and Treatment South (2015 Edition)", "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Diseases (2010 Revised Edition)", and "Diagnostic Criteria for Alcoholic Liver Diseases"; 2. Aged 20 to 50 years; 3. The diagnosis of liver fibrosis complies with the criteria of "Consensus on the Diagnosis and Efficacy Evaluation of Liver Fibrosis", and the pathological stage of liver fibrosis in patients is S1 to S4; 4. The patient signs the informed consent agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude drug-induced, hereditary, immune or other viral liver diseases; 2. Exclude liver cancer patients; 3. Exclude patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, renal, endocrine, nervous system and psychiatric diseases; 4. Exclude pregnant or lactating women; 5. Exclude patients with contraindications to liver puncture.
