Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years old, male or female; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia syndrome by the Asian Sarcopenia Working Group (AWGS): (1) Decreased skeletal muscle mass (extremity skeletal muscle index ASMI<7.0kg/m2 for men, ASMI<5.7kg/m2 for women); (2) Decreased skeletal muscle strength (non-strength hand grip strength in males <26kg, females <18kg); (3)Decreased physical activity (pace speed <0.8m/s). 3. In good health and able to move independently; 4. Be able to eat independently, and the amount of food can meet the energy needs of the whole day; 5. No significant weight loss (<5%) in the past 6 months; 6. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are intolerant of enteral nutrition or allergic to the components of the test sample; 2. Patients with diseases that seriously affect the digestion and absorption of test samples; 3. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, lung and other organic diseases and (or) severe dysfunction; 4. Lower extremity joint disease or dysfunction affecting independent walkers; 5. Those who have implanted metal or electronic devices that affect relevant inspections; 6. Those who are using other nutritional preparations and drugs (such as hormones, anti-tumor drugs, anti-tuberculosis drugs, sedatives or other muscle relaxants, etc.) that may affect the test effect.
