Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. In patients with severe pulmonary infection caused by XDR-GNB, oxygenation index <= 250; 3. There is microbiological evidence and drug sensitivity results; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have started polymyxin e treatment before entering the group; 2. Patients who cannot obtain informed consent; 3. Patients participating in other exploratory clinical studies at the same time; 4. Patients who are allergic to antibiotics for research; 5. Pregnant women or patients who need breastfeeding; 6. Patients who have complicated renal insufficiency and need hemodialysis; 7. Those who cannot receive active and comprehensive treatment.
