Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of blepharospasm: 1. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of primary blepharospasm, the patient was diagnosed as blepharospasm for the first time; 2. No abnormal intracranial lesions were found in routine craniocerebral imaging examination; 3. No other serious neurological or mental diseases were found; 4. The time difference between the last botulinum toxin An injection and the last botulinum toxin An injection was more than 3 months; 5. right-handedness. Inclusion criteria of Meige syndrome: 1. It met the diagnostic criteria of primary Meige syndrome and developed from blepharospasm to Meige syndrome; 2. No abnormal intracranial lesions were found in routine craniocerebral imaging examination; 3. No other serious neurological or mental diseases were found; 4. The time difference between the last botulinum toxin An injection and the last botulinum toxin An injection was more than 3 months; 5. Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of blepharospasm: 1. Patients with intracranial organic lesions confirmed by head imaging examination; 2. The patient had a history of craniofacial injury and surgery; 3. The patients had definite diseases related to the damage of the trigeminal nerve; 4. There are systemic diseases that cause multiple peripheral nerve damage, such as diabetes, Guillain-Barre syndrome, connective tissue disease, chronic alcoholism, etc.; 5. The last botulinum toxin A treatment was within 3 months; 6. The dystonia of the patients is caused by drugs and other factors; 7. Non-right-handed. Exclusion criteria for Meige syndrome: 1. Abnormal intracranial lesions were found by imaging examination; 2. Patients with previous head and maxillofacial trauma and surgical history; 3. Patients with trigeminal and facial nerve diseases have been diagnosed; 4. Peripheral neuropathy, diabetes mellitus, alcoholism, rheumatic immunity, and other systemic diseases can lead to peripheral neuropathy; 5. Patients with secondary dystonia caused by drugs; 6. Non-right-handed.
