Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with indications for temporary ileostomy closure; (2) Patients whose ileostomy closure was performed by a surgeon (Zhang Xianxiang) in the Second Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who had infection within 1 month before surgery; (2) Patients who had used antibiotics or immunosuppressive agents within 1 month before surgery; (3) Patients who are allergic to cephalosporins, penicillin antibiotics or beta-lactamase inhibitors; (4) Patients who have used antibiotics due to infections of the respiratory system, urinary system or other systems after surgery; (5) Patients with other different surgical procedures, such as using different anastomosis methods and placing drainage tubes during the operation; (6) Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction.
