Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing painless gastroscopy screening or previous painless gastroscopy review after upper gastrointestinal endoscopic resection; 2. Those aged >=18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clearly advanced esophageal cancer; 2. Those who had previous esophageal surgery; 3. Those who have contraindications to biopsy or refuse biopsy; 4. Known active upper gastrointestinal bleeding or emergency endoscopy; 5. Esophageal stricture; 6. Those who are pregnant; 7. Those who have not completed the first gastroscopy; 8. Those who have not completed the second gastroscopy; 9. Patients with repeated examinations; 10. Refuse to participate in the researcher.
