Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects in grades 1to 7( aged 6 to 13 years); 2. All had participated in an epidemiological investigation (including ciliary palsy eye examination) and had completed a 1-year follow-up; 3.Subjects with no other organic lesions affecting vision in both eyes; 4.Eye intensity and eye environment of Subjects were similar.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Binocular or monocular combined with corneal, iris, crystal and fundus lesions and other organic lesions affecting vision; 2. Long-term use of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, including acupuncture, cupping, massage and moxibustion, ear beans, etc.), corneal shape mirror, hard permeability corneal contact lens, gradual focus more glasses, the periphery from focal control, the focus of many soft contact lens, low concentration of atropine eye drops and visual training related to treatment and is not terminated; 3. Persons with serious systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and mental diseases; 4. Patients with mental illness and communication disorders 5. Participating in other clinical trials.
