Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient: 1. Female patients with first pathological diagnosis of breast cancer; 2. Aged 18 years and above; 3. Patients undergoing surgical treatment; 4. Good understanding and communication skills, no history of mental illness; 5. Informed consent, willing to cooperate. Dependents: 1. The primary caregiver of the patient; 2. Aged 18 years and above; 3. Good understanding and communication skills, no history of mental illness; 4. Informed consent, willing to cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with other serious diseases; 2. Patients who participate in other psychological interventions; 3. Consciousness, understanding and communication barriers.
