Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA class I or II; 2. BMI 1828kg/m2; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years; 4. Patients receiving ESWL surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and patients (including men) who have childbearing plans within 3 months; 2. Those with obvious respiratory, circulatory dysfunction, abnormal blood routine and blood biochemical indexes before surgery; 3. Those with severe neuropsychiatric diseases; 4. Taking opioids every day within 1 month or intermittently within the past 3 months; 5. Those who are allergic or contraindicated to opioids, propofol, naloxone and other drugs and their drug components; 6. Patients who are judged to have difficulty in airway management: modified Markov score grade III and above.
