Primary angle closure glaucoma

Interventions

Angle closure glaucoma group:Phaco combined with IOL(intraocular lens) implantation with or without angle separation
Malignant glaucoma group:Combined anterior vitrectomy
Control group:Vitrectomy combined with cataract extraction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who are diagnosed with angle-closure glaucoma, malignant glaucoma or epimacular membrane and need to undergo the above eye surgery; 2. Aged 50-70 years, male or female; 3. The general condition is fair, and surgery can be performed; 4. The patients are willing to join the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Angle closure glaucoma group: angle closure glaucoma with high iris fold (excluded by two doctors above the deputy director through UBM); 2. Malignant glaucoma group: the depth of central anterior chamber was less than 1 mm; 3. Control group: the ocular axis was less than 23 mm or more than 26 mm, and the depth of central anterior chamber was less than 2.5 mm; 4. Central corneal thickness is less than 450 microns or greater than 620 microns (iCare Pro intraocular pressure measurement results are inaccurate); 5. History of corneal surgery (including Lasik or PRK), corneal opacity or disease status will affect the accuracy of intraocular pressure measurement (such as active corneal infection or Fuchs corneal endothelial dystrophy); 6. Vitreoretinopathy that may change the pressure of vitreous cavity, such as retinal detachment, choroidal detachment, severe proliferative vitreoretinopathy, and previous intraocular surgery or ocular trauma; 7. Suffering from secondary glaucoma and other eye diseases that may affect the structural function of atrial angle, such as uveitis, lens dislocation, etc; 8. Uncontrollable hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg); 9. Poor blood glucose control (fasting blood glucose > 10 mmol/L, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose > 15 mmol/L); 10. Patients with history of organ transplantation, such as corneal transplantation, kidney transplantation, bleeding tendency and systemic multiple organ failure.
