30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the distance between the lower edge of the tumor and the anal edge less than 7 cm and greater than 3 cm. Such tumors belong to low rectal cancers, the patients involve anal retention, reproductive function and other problems; 2. Patients with TNM stage less than T2N0M0; 3. Male patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients were unable to be operated due to intraoperative reasons such as abdominal implantation metastasis; 2. Organ transplant patients, patients who have received or are receiving immunotherapy; 3. Mental, psychological and other reasons can not accept follow-up patients; 4. Unwilling to participate in the project researchers.
