Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult, male or female, aged >= 18 years; 2. There are obvious neurological disorders before surgery, such as headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, limb numbness or weakness, unstable walking, limb twitching, unconsciousness, aphasia, unresponsiveness, decreased memory, etc.; 3. Patients with chronic subdural hematoma diagnosed by CT or MRI, and the brain tissue is significantly compressed and displaced (the cortex and/or midline are flattened and displaced by more than 5 mm); 4. The informed consent form has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Head CT showed that the total amount of intracranial hematoma did not reach the indications for surgery; 2. Simultaneously combined with multiple system or organ dysfunction of the whole body, making the patient unable to tolerate the operation; 3. Definite coagulation function abnormality; 4. Women of childbearing age who have not taken effective contraceptive measures and have no negative pregnancy test records; 5. Patients who are undergoing experimental drug or instrumental trials.
