65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years, no gender limitation; 2. Unilateral total hip or total knee replacement (including primary and revision) should be performed at an elective time; 3. ASA I-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with spinal, craniocerebral, rib fractures and multiple visceral injuries; 2. Sepsis and surgical site infection; 3. Participated in any other trials within the past 3 months; 4. Patients refused to participate.
