18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Both eyes with corneal regular astigmatism between +0.75D to +3.00D; 3. Plan to undergo femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery in both eyes; 4. Postoperative best corrected distance visual acuity better than 20/25; 5. With written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Corneal irregular astigmatism, corneal scar, keratoconus, pterygium; 2. History of ocular infectious disease, high myopia, severe dry eye syndrome; 3. Other coexisting ocular diseases including glaucoma or ocular hypertension, severe maculopathy, and diabetic retinopathy; 4. History of ocular trauma or ocular surgery; 5. Coexisting severe systemic diseases; 6. Lack of cooperation; 7. Women who were pregnant or lactating; 8. Known sensitivity to surgical medications used during the perioperative period.
