Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. Aged 18-65 years, body mass index (BMI) 18.5-25 kg/m^2; 3. No obvious abnormality in pulmonary function, FEV1/FVC% > 70%, unlimited or obstructive ventilatory dysfunction; 4. No obvious abnormality in cardiac function, no cardiovascular disease, ejection fraction (ejection fraction, EF) > 50%; 5. No preoperative anemia and other hematological diseases and no history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 7. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of bronchial asthma and airway hyperreaction; 2. Patients with pulmonary infection, bronchopleural fistula, emphysema, pulmonary vesicles; 3. Those who could not complete the experiment after continuous one-lung ventilation for less than 1 hour; 4. Severe hypoxemia or other measures to improve oxygenation during operation; 5. Severe arrhythmia or death during or after operation; 6. There is a tumor in the airway, which affects the placement of double occluders.
