Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-40 years; 2. Repeated implantation failure: Repeated implantation failure (RIF) is a hot and difficult issue in the field of in vitro fertilization (IVF). RIF not only increases the economic burden and great mental stress of patients, but also makes patients and clinicians feel depressed. The current definition of RIF is controversial. Some experts use the number of previous IVF-ET failures as a diagnostic criterion. A recent view is that RIF should be defined as at least three fresh embryos or thawed embryos fail to accumulate at least four high-quality embryos in women under 40 years old, but the basic principle of this definition is not given. Most previous meta-analyses aimed at determining the efficacy of RIF monotherapy interventions included patients with at least two failed ET attempts. The authors tended to define and diagnose RIF more broadly in only two attempts of IVF-ET failure. (RIF in this study was defined as two or more embryo transfers (four D3 embryos and two blastocysts) without clinical pregnancy); 3. Patients undergoing FET assisted pregnancy; 4. Voluntarily enrolled and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other factors affecting embryo implantation such as hydrosalpinx; 2. G-CSF contraindications (sickle cell anemia, upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia or chronic neutropenia, autoimmune thrombocytopenic purpura); 3. Patients with endometriosis stage III and above; 4. Without high-quality embryos; 5. The researchers believe that there are any other medical conditions that are not suitable for participating in this experiment.
