18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Sanders type II-IV calcaneal fracture; 3. Patients with posterior articular fractures of vertical or medial and lateral separation greater than 2 mm; 4. Without tachyar fracture or without displacement of talar fracture; 5. Patients whose injury to surgery time is less than 3 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with open calcaneal fracture or vascular and nerve injury requiring emergency surgery; 2. Patients with severe ankle deformities before injury; 3. Patients with old calcaneal fractures.
