Analgesia after cesarean section and obstetrics

Interventions

Naloxone group:Add 100ug of naloxone to the local anesthetic

Dexmedetomidine group:Add 1ug/kg dexmedetomidine into local anesthetic

Dexamethasone formation:8mg dexamethasone was added to the local anesthetic

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with elective cesarean section from October 2019 to October 2020 in Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to rate their own pain; 2. History of opioid abuse; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. History of local anesthesia drug allergy; 5. Coagulation dysfunction; 6. Nerve block site infection; 7. Information is incomplete or lost.
