Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At the beginning of the experiment, the subject was between 18-35 years old; 2. Pregnant women who were diagnosed with constipation during pregnancy; 3. Meet the ROME III diagnostic criteria for constipation; 4. Agree to take the test product during the study period; 5. Agree to sign the consent Book.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have taken antibiotics or antifungal drugs during the test period; 2. Have taken probiotic preparations (bacterial tablets, bacterial powder, capsules, etc.) 14 days before the test; 3. Have taken some drugs to assist bowel movement 30 days before the test; 4. Patients with intestinal obstructive disease; 5. Researchers are not sure whether the subjects are willing or able to complete the experimental plan; 6. Placebo group in the test; 7. Subjects participate in other research projects in the middle of the study.
