Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet PD diagnostic criteria; 2. With salivation; 3. No patients with lung infection (the diagnostic criteria for pulmonary infection are based on the relevant diagnostic criteria in the Diagnostic Criteria for Nosocomial Infection: the clinical manifestations are mainly cough, difficult expectoration of sputum, shortness of breath, respiratory failure, etc.; the pathogen was positive); 4. Patients cooperated with treatment and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type A botulinum toxin is contraindicated, such as muscle weakness or botulinum toxin allergy; 2. There are serious primary diseases of other systems.
