Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria of three major gynecological malignancies (cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer) and CRF. And patients plan to carry out the second course of chemotherapy TP/TC regimen; 2. TCM syndrome type conforms to Yang deficiency; 3. Piper Fatigue Scale score >= 3, and the estimated survival time is > 6 months; 4. Aged 18 to 60 years; 5. Conscious, without mental illness and cognitive impairment, able to communicate effectively and complete the evaluation scale; 6. The patient or family members voluntarily signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate or above anemia (hemoglobin HB < 90 g/L); 2. Patients with grade II or above bone marrow suppression during chemotherapy (hemoglobin < 80 g/L, leukocyte < 2.0 x 10^9/L, platelet < 50 x 10^9/L, granulocyte < 1.0 x 10^9/L); 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients had skin lesions or skin diseases on the back or foot, or patients with severe diabetes, heart, liver and kidney dysfunction and coagulation disorders; 5. Patients who are currently participating or have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month before this study.
