60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Course <= 1 week; 3. Met the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke in Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of depression; 2. Patient is in serious condition or has consciousness disorder, cannot cooperate with the examination; 3. Obvious aphasia and apraxia or severe cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate with the examination; 4. Positive personal or family history of mental disorders; 5. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary failure, tumor or other serious physical diseases cannot cooperate with the examination; 6. Incomplete clinical data.
