Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thyroidectomy and neck lymph node dissection were performed in the First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital; 2. Postoperative pathology was thyroid cancer; 3. Ultrasonography was performed 2 weeks before surgery; 4. Obtain the patient's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of thyroid surgery; 2. With other malignant tumors; 3. History of cervical lymph node dissection; 4. History of cervical radiotherapy.
