Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Anesthesiologists' Classification (ASA) I or II; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Patients scheduled for inpatient laparoscopic surgery in the Trendelenburg position at The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. MMSE score < 23; 2. Neuropsychiatric disorder such as schizophrenia,Parkinson's disease,epilepsy or dementia; 3. Unable to communicate such as illiteracy,lalopathy or disorder of hearing or vision; 4. Having obvious hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 5. Having severe heart or lung disease; 6. Cerebrovascular disease with obvious symptoms or radiological data.
