Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Mature primiparity; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Single birth; 4. Spontaneous labor; 5. Aged 20-45 years; 6. Height 150-170 cm; 7. Body mass index (BMI) 24-30 kg/m^2; 8. Cervical dilation of 2-5 cm during the incubation period of labor; 9. Heart, liver, kidney, blood and other test indicators are all within the normal range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Important organs have primary diseases, such as nervous system diseases or neuropathy; 2. The parturient cannot cooperate with the spinal canal puncture, such as a history of mental illness; 3. There are contraindications to spinal block, such as coagulation dysfunction, infection or injury at the puncture site, uncorrected maternal hypovolemia or hypotension, increased intracranial pressure, severe spinal deformity, etc.; 4. Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics or opioids; 5. ontraindication of epidural anesthesis.
