Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer; 2. Patients with baseline lactate levels.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who may have complications leading to hyperlactemia, including hypoxemia, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, metformin administration, seizures, etc.; 2. Patients with other malignant tumors; 3. Patients with other diseases that seriously affect survival, such as uncontrolled hypertension, severe organ failure, chronic diseases with long-term non-standard treatment, etc.; 4. Patients followed up for less than 60 days.
