Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. After conventional treatment, the signs of life were stable and the course of disease was less than 3 months; 3. With clinical manifestations such as dysphagia, choking after drinking water; 4. Soft palate, laryngeal muscle, tongue muscle, masseter muscle or facial muscle movement disorders, no tongue muscle atrophy and tongue muscle tremor; 5. Physiological brainstem reflex: soft palate reflex or hyperactivity, mandibular hyperactivity; pathological brainstem reflex (sucking, palm-jaw reflex, etc.) is positive; 6. Aged 40-78 years, male or female; 7. Obtain and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases of massive cerebral infarction and severe cerebral hemorrhage; 2. True bulbar paralysis; 3. Have symptoms of pseudobulbar paralysis for more than 90 days; 4. Patients with conscious disorder; 5. People with cognitive dysfunction; 6. Have serious multiple organ failure; 7. Failed to complete the acupuncture treatment course according to the experimental plan.
