18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender is not limited; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. BMI < 32 kg/m^2; 4. ASA I-II; 5. Single port thoracoscopic lobectomy was performed in the second Department of thoracic surgery in Beijing Cancer Hospital; 6. No analgesics were taken before operation, and NRS score was 0; 7. No chemotherapy was given before operation; 8. There was no contraindication of nerve block, such as local anesthetic allergy and puncture site infection; 9. ECOG's PS score was 0 or 1; 10. Did not participate in other pain related clinical studies at the same time; 11. The person who signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate; 2. Deformity of thoracic vertebrae; 3. Allergic to the drugs used in the study; 4. Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioids were used before operation; 5. Pregnancy or lactation; 6. The affected side had sensory disturbance with or without pain in chest wall, armpit and/or upper arm before operation, or had other long-term chronic pain; 7. Patients with severe organ dysfunction, neuropathic diseases, peripheral nerve injury, mental cognitive impairment, history of alcohol abuse and drug dependence, long-term use of analgesic and sedative drugs; 8. Clinical diagnosis evidence suggests that patients with recurrence or primary tumor have distant metastasis; or patients with tumor in other parts.
