Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Stroke occured in 3 months; 3. Coma patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral stroke; 2. Respiratory failure or heart failure; 3. Craniocerebral trauma.
