Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Met the AASM definition of sleep apnea hypopnea, the AHI of polysomnography is more than 5 times/min per night.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Family history of glaucoma; 2. History of ocular diseases such as uveitis, retinopathy, optic neuritis, glaucoma, congenital optic nerve hypoplasia, hypermetropia > 4D / myopia > -5D / astigmatism > ±1.00, history of internal eye surgery, laser history, eye trauma, etc.; 3. History of diabetes, connective tissue diseases and other systemic diseases that can affect ocular diseases; 4. Corneal opacity and other reasons that affect OCT imaging or poor OCT imaging; 5. Patients who are unwilling or unable to cooperate with the study.
