40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. With ethnicity of Chinese Han; 2. Aged 40 to 80 years; 3. Eyes diagnosed as primary angle-closure glaucoma; 4. Willing to give informed consent to phacoemulsification with goniosynechialysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of ocular trauma; 2. History of intraocular surgery, with the exception of laser peripheral iridotomy and argon laser peripheral iridoplasty; 3. History of uveitis; 4. Severe bulbar conjunctival scar; 5. Iris and angle neovascularization; 6. Aphakic or pseudophakia; 7. The average corneal endothelium cells were less than 1200/mm^2; 8. The best corrected visual acuity was light perception or no light perception; 9. Complete loss of central visual field; 10. With eye diseases that seriously affect visual function, such as wet age-related macular degeneration, high myopia, retinitis pigmentosa, retinoschisis, etc.
