Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients met the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease clinically confirmed by the International Movement Disorders Association (MDS) and had frozen gait; (2) Aged 50-70 years; (3) H-Y stages were 2-4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, normal cranial pressure hydrocephalus, Huntington's disease, brain tumor, encephalitis, brain trauma, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia and other diseases that can cause brain dysfunction; (2) Patients who diagnosed with syphilis, HIV, folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiency, alcohol and drug abuse, hypothyroidism and other diseases that may cause cognitive impairment; (3) Patients with a history of stroke, and cerebral infarction, cerebral softening lesions and other space-occupying lesions on MRI; (4) Other diseases affecting motor function, such as fracture, trauma, joint inflammation, diabetic foot, etc.; (5) Patients with contraindications of implanted metal such as heart, vascular stents, pacemakers and steel plates; (6) Patients unable to complete cognitive, emotional and related assessments; (7) The presence of serious physical diseases, such as cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency physical diseases, myocardial infarction, serious arrhythmia within 6 months; (8) Refusal to sign informed consent.
