18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years and 72 h; 3. CPOT score >= 3 points, needs analgesia treatment; 4. RASS score >= 2 points, needs sedative treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are resistant to opioids or allergic to butorphanol, fentanyl, and their components; 2. Patients with bronchial asthma and myasthenia gravis; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney failure, severe hemodynamic dysfunction, severe heart block or cardiac dysfunction; 4. Patients deemed unsuitable by the investigator.
