Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Malignant arrhythmia group: 1. The patient himself is diagnosed with arrhythmia diseases, such as LQTS, SQTS, IVF, BrS, CPVT, CCD, etc.; 2. The patient and his immediate family have arrhythmia and a history of syncope or someone in the family SAD has occurred; 3. The sample type is the patient's blood sample, as well as the blood and tissue samples from the deceased. Control group: 1. Healthy volunteers and their immediate family members have no ECG abnormalities, and no history of MA, syncope and SAD in the family; 2. Autopsy cases with non-sudden cardiac death and no arrhythmic diseases.
