Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3 to 18 years(inclusive); 2. Fulfilled the International Study of Kidney Disease in Children (ISKDC) criteria for PNS who were new-onset and not treated with glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressive agents prior to this study; 3. Normal estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR > 90 mL/min/1.73m^2) as calculated by the Schwartz formula; 4. Patients or their parents can communicate well with the doctor; 5. Written informed consent was obtained from the patients and their parents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome; 2. With a family history of nephrotic syndrome, chronic glomerulonephritis, or uremia; 3. With other autoimmune diseases or primary immunodeficiency or tumors; 4. Those who have not completed the clinical research according to the clinical trial protocol; 5. The researcher judged that the patients condition is not suitable for participating in this clinical study.
