Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of acute cough and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnosis criteria of wind-heat invasion of lung; 2. Aged 3 to 65 years; 3. No gender limitation; 4. Had received no other treatment within 72 hours prior to enrollment; 5. Volunteers who signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with pneumonia, bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other respiratory diseases; 2. Participants with acute infectious diseases such as measles and pertussis; 3. Acute occurrence of chronic bronchitis; 4. Children with malnutrition and immune deficiency; 5. Participants with body temperature > 38.5?; 6. Adult WBC > 20x10^9/L, children WBC > 16x10^9/L 7. Participants with heart, liver, kidney and other organ failure; 8. Skin lesions on the application site, such as scars, ulcers, etc.; 9. Abnormal sweat secretion of plant nerve dysfunction; 10. Pregnant or lactating patients; 11. Allergic to known test drugs; 12. Who are participating in other studies or receiving similar external intervention.
