Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: gestational age at birth >28 weeks and <=32 weeks; complete data at birth and after birth; stable vital signs at enrollment; those who were still unable to breastfeed 2 weeks after birth and needed artificial feeding; stable clinical cardiopulmonary function at enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: congenital malformations; bruising congenital heart; genetic diseases; surgery required; premature infants who gave up treatment or died; patients with severe gastrointestinal dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, and severe infection during the study.
