Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Patients who voluntarily participate and agree to sign the informed consent form; 3.Included participant family and family personnel as much as possible, to create family files or family profiles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Adults who were diagnosed by DSM-IV with any of the following diseases that may restrict subject compliance or hinder data collection: dementia, severe mental illness, inability to express their will, and incompetence and behavioral disorders; 2.Adults judged by investigator who were not fit to attend the investigator or to long-term follow-up.
