18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 75 years; 2.Pathologically diagnosed colorectal cancer; 3.ECOG score (PS) = 6 months; 5.Sufficient tumor tissue for organoid culture and histological analysis; 6.Receive first-line fluorouracils (fluorouracil, Xeloda, Tegafur capsules or tegafur) and platinum (cisplatin or oxalate platinum) drugs and second-line targeted drugs (bevacizumab or cetuximab) monoclonal antibody) chemotherapy resistance; 7.The subjects volunteered to be tested and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient has serious liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, blood diseases, etc.; 2.Immune deficiency or severe bone marrow suppression.
