65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient's age is >=65 years old; 2.Visual analogue scale (VAS) of low back pain >= 5 points; 3.The fracture level is T5-L5; 4.Determination of bone density T value <-2.5 SD; 5.The MR signal shows a fresh fracture; 6.The patient is willing to undergo surgical treatment; 7.Patients who can tolerate surgery; 8.Patients who can complete follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other pathological fractures, such as tumors, inflammations, etc.; 2.Patients with local or systemic infections; 3.Symptoms of nerve damage; 4.Abnormal coagulation function.
