Delayed muscle soreness

Interventions

Control group:There was no intervention except for delayed muscle soreness modeling
Experimental group 1:Kinesio tape was affixed and molded
Experimental group 2:After wearing the tight fitting equipment to make the mold
Experimental group 3:After the kinesio tap is affixed, the tight fitting equipment is put on for modeling

18 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 24 years and do not like sports and do not like sports; 2.The subjects did not participate in other sports activities during the 6 months before the test and during the test period; 3.Height range: 165cm-180cm, weight range: 60kg-80kg; 4.Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are taking drugs; 2.Patients who have had musculoskeletal injury in the lower limbs within 6 months; 3.There is any disease that the doctor recommends not to participate in sports; 4.The subject has muscle soreness or chronic pain symptoms; 5.Symptoms of loss of sensation or numbness of the upper and lower limbs; 6.Subjects with chest pain, dyspnea and physical discomfort during exercise; 7.Any history of cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, heart disease, cardiopulmonary insufficiency and insufficiency of other vital organs; 8.Patients with major diseases or congenital diseases; 9.Patients with neurological diseases; 10.The chief complaint has any discomfort.
