Inclusion criteria: 1 Over 18 years old; 2.Diagnosed as disturbance of consciousness; 3.The vital signs are stable; 4.The family members voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: 1.There is metal internal fixation in the skull, skull defect; 2.The presence of other unstable diseases.
