Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who intend to undergo orotracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 2.Age >= 65 years old; 3.ASA classification I-III; 4.Markov Grading I-II; 5.Missing teeth (number of missing teeth >= 10); 6.Clear awareness, and can use THRIVE correctly after explanation; 7.In line with ethics, the patients were tested voluntarily and signed the informed consent; 8.Mask ventilation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suspected or definite patients with difficult airway; 2.Central nervous system diseases; 3.Severe cardiovascular, pulmonary disease, liver or kidney disease; 4.Patients with epistaxis and abnormal nasopharyngeal cavity; 5.Patients with moderate or more anemia; 6.BMI>30kg/m^2; 7.Patients who participated in other studies within 30 days; 8.Other researchers think that it is not suitable to participate in this research.
