Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.For symptomatic PeAF, catheter ablation + LAAC (one-stop) operation is planned; 3.The patient/legal representative can understand or abide by the agreement, sign informed consent and complete postoperative follow-up; 4.Life expectancy >=12 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation; 2.Pregnancy; 3.Anticoagulation contraindications; 4.Thrombosis in the left atrium or left atrial appendage; 5.Acute stage of malignant tumor; 6.Have diseases that may cause atrial fibrillation, such as: thyroid dysfunction, acute alcoholism, cardiac events (myocardial infarction, percutaneous coronary intervention, valve or coronary artery bypass surgery, etc.) within the first 3 months; 7.History of heart transplantation; 8.Currently participating in another study.
