Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Conform to the diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia by IASP; 2.50 years old or above; 3.Intractable persistent pain 3 months to 2 years after the onset of pain; 4.Visual analog scale (VAS) of pain intensity: between 3-9 points; 5.There is no history of pain control medication adjustment within two weeks before and during the test; 6.Can cooperate to complete the assessment and rTMS treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe mental illness (24 items HAMD greater than 35 points, 14 HAMA items greater than 29 points), aphasia and cognitive dysfunction (MMSE score <=24) due to various reasons, unable to cooperate with rehabilitation assessment and treatment in sitting position ; 2.Combined with other serious diseases such as malignant tumors; 3.Patients who have undergone metal implantation; patients who have a history of epilepsy/epilepsy/taking antiepileptic drugs; patients who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant within six months; 4.Patients who have undergone craniocerebral surgery due to stroke or other reasons; 5.Patients with unstable conditions such as severe cardiac and pulmonary dysfunction, extreme weakness, etc.
