18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No gender restriction, aged 18 to 65 years; 2.ASA classification 1 or 2; 3.Patients who are scheduled to undergo thoracoscopic lobectomy or segmentectomy; 4.Patients who can cooperate and communicate fluently; 5.Patients who agreed to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with empyema and pleural adhesions; 2.COPD patients, FEV1/FVC28; 5.Preoperative chest CT showed that the lung mass had bronchial compression; 6.Patients who are allergic or contraindicated to anesthetic drugs such as propofol.
